The FiftyForward Center in Bellevue, TN is looking for both volunteer drivers and individuals needing transportation assistance for medical appointments.

Do you drive your neighbor to the store every week?

Do you drive a friend to a medical appointment?

If you answered yes to one of the above questions, are over 21 and have a good driving record, sign up as a FiftyForward Volunteer Driver and we will provide you with:

Mileage Reimbursement

Secondary auto insurance coverage

Training

Do you or someone you know need a ride to a medical appointment?

FiftyForward may be able to help. FifyForward has recruited volunteer drivers who are willing to provide transportation and assistance for you to your medical appointments.

Participant Eligibility:

Be at least 50 years of age...Reside in the designated service area

Register for services...Be able to ride in volunteer's personal vehicle

Require minimal assistance from volunteer

Have no other resources for appropriate transportation
